Cavalier Homes is one of the best companies that my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with in the many years of building and owning homes. This small, North Dakota family company will not disappoint. The one thing that takes these guys above the rest is just the simple fact that every time we had a question or change in the plans, they were always available-and that alone is hard to come by in any contracting and building company. They were always polite, offered advice, listened, and built us a magnificant home. Their building standards go above the rest with a lot of what they do, from framing to insulation to finishing work. They offer slightly above average flooring, appliance, and lighting allowances, which was an added bonus. So, if you like working with good people who care about the work they do, this is the company! It has been a long time since I have felt as though a company cared more about the person than their bottom dollar.
