The Outlook at Greystone Apartment Homes

Do not rent here! I have had multiple problems with my apartment smelling like weed because my neighbors smoke by my vents. I have addressed this issue many times and the management has done nothing about it. The management doesn't seem to care about any real issue you may be having with your apartment. If you like dealing with poor management then this is your place to live.

I lived here for one year. You will love it at Springs @ Greystone. The staff..Ann, Melanie, everyone were wonderful. Any problem you had was addressed in 24 hours. You feel like it is your home. Coffee, bottled water, fruit, etc in the clubhouse anytime you want it. It is a quiet community with great neighbors. The dog park and dog wash area was great! Doggie stops all over w/trash bags. The complex works hard to make every holiday a community affair with parties that include free food and a 24 foot screen to watch movies or TV. We watched American Idol and Lost on the screen, the Superbowl, pay per view fights and movies that just came out. The apartments are beautiful and a gorgeous view. If you are considering apartment living...this is the place to go. The reason I no longer live there is because of a transfer w/my employment.
