Primrose School of Meadowbrook

The pre-K education was fine, but the school lacks integrity and decency. My family moved from out of state when I married my husband. With all the change (a new school, missing family left behind, getting used to new family members, etc) my 4 year old was taking it hard. So, I put her in Primrose so she could at least be around her new sisters because that was the school they were already going to. Prior to that, she was only getting to see them every other weekend. Well, I didn’t know this until after she’d left the school, but her sisters’ mother contacted the school and instructed them to keep them separated at all times, and the school obliged. So, towards the end of the day, when they combined classes, they weren’t allowed to play together. To this day, the girls remember this and are confused by this—this is how we know about it. The children told us this happened. The school never informed me that they were given and followed this direction. I would’ve pulled her out. I had her there 2 years! But, they kept taking my money every month.

This school is top notch. We have used Primrose for 6 years and the curriculum and care surpasses all. I'm sad to see the negative review posted here because in the 6 years we have been here, we have never experienced anything like they are speaking about. If you are considering care for your child, please tour this place. You will see that it is run like a private pre-school and held to much higher standards than other places. You will not be disappointed!

This school is clean and has great rooms but the management of this school sucks. The director lies along with the owners. They never have anything nice to say and cover stuff up with lies. They go through teachers and never have them for long. They do not give seniority or "stand by" the teachers that have been with them for years. There is a better way to manage a school so that the children that go there can learn and be safe. This school is not that school.
