Great people, great property, and great staff. But this complex is in a flood plane. Please purchase flood insurance on fema.gov before moving in here, renters insurance does not cover flooding and if there is any chance of flooding in Birmingham area, it will go here first. Would have been nice if the management warned residents about previous flooding.That way when we lost everything during the storm on April 7, 2014 at least we could afford to get it replaced...



In all honesty don't live here. The stress of a storm possibly ruining everything you have and your cars isn't worth it. Get good sleep during a storm living somewhere else.
