Hoover Mail Center

I regularly use Hoover Mail center to send packages to people who are very dear to me. It is tedious and requires attention to the details. Tom ALWAYS helps me to get my packages taken care of. In the past, I went somewhere else and I left frustrated and pretty sure that I had over paid and was not sure that my package would even make it there. I have been regularly shipping packages with Hoover Mail Center for 2 years now and will NEVER go any where else.

The owners name is Tom White. He is always very sullen and rude when I go in there. Today I asked him to send a fax for me, when I questioned him about how he was doing it, he snapped at me. I asked him why he wanted to be so rude, and he went berserk. He yanked the document out of the fax machine, and threw it at me. Get the f*** out of here, he yelled. Then he came around the counter toward me cursing loudly, and shaking his finger in my face. "I've been in this business 18 f***ing years" he yelled at me. He backed me toward the door, sticking his finger in my face. "Sir, I am a customer" I said. "You're not a f***ing customer any more!!" he yelled. He backed me all the way out the door and followed me to my car, still yelling and cursing. I said "God bless you," and I left. He was right about one thing. I am certainly not a customer anymore!!!
