For the most part, their inventory is amazing. The car I was looking at was at the lower end of their scale but it was $4000 over blue book value for a scratched up, worn out convertible. No one would come outside to help me, no one greeted me when I went inside, I had to stand there until someone from the second floor finally decided to come to the railing and ask if I needed help. They wanted me to yell my question up to them instead of coming down to meet me. There were no handshakes, he didn't give me his name, he hardly said a word to me. I felt like he did not want to speak to a woman.

I asked him how much the car was listed for, he answered me abruptly to which I questioned why the price would be so much over blue book. He said he didn't know what the blue book price was, turned around went in an office and said nothing to me. I stood there in the middle of the lobby for 5 minutes. There was no seating, there was no one talking to me, I had no idea what was going on. No one said a word to me as I left either. I only wanted the car as a fun to drive vehicle and was prepared to buy it today with no financing needed.

I guess they don't need the money with their Ferrari's and such for sale, to sell a BMW means nothing to them.
