Great TV, superb Internet and phone service. I have called recently to change services and shift to Charter business. They were excellent in al the dealings. I have no complaints what so ever.

I am a former customer of Charter. However, I currently have a cable laying on the ground near the street in front of my house. It runs from the Charter box on my property line, down the street, around the corner, past the next house, and into the box at the next property line. It was placed in early October, 2010. I have called about it on numerous occasions and been told that someone would be there on specific dates to take care of it. It is now May 26 and it is still there. I have never received a call from anyone at Charter to explain. How is that for service?

Although I have heard many people complain of Charter, I've always found them their custmomer service to be above average compared to other companies. Each time I've had a serious issue, they have been quick to find a solution. Recently, they even offered to find a better deal for me and ended up saving me about $50 a month on my bill. The only reason they are a 4 instead of a 5 is that I often find that their estimates for time falls short. I would recommend their service over a satellite provider any day.

they have the worst cutomer service you can imagine. I would rather go to the dentist than deal with these people. they do not show up for appoinments and do not even have the decency to call first!
