Tim Tokos Contracting

Tim and his workers completely gutted our second floor and created a beautiful master bedroom, bath, nursery and added a safe set of stairs. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work.

We had Tokos install our connection to municipal water. The only good aspect was the price, otherwise this contractor frequently cut corners, and failed to live up to the terms of the contract regarding cleanup and backfill. When I complained about the ditch they left in my front yard, they sent out a couple guys with shovels who dug some dirt out of the vacant lot across the street which did very little to resolve the problem.



I'll have to finish the job with respect to the backfill.



I'll look elsewhere for contractors in the future
