New Panda Chinese Restaurant

While at work tonight, myself and a few others decided to order from New Panda on Robinson street, Our total order came to more than $38 (not a lot, I know) When our order was delivered, mine was not correct, I had ordered the Chicken and Broccoli with white rice, It had both chicken AND beef pieces in it, and the sauce was a beef based sauce, not what normally comes on the chicken. I decided to go ahead and eat it, and then once I was about 1/4 of the way thru, I found a bug, about a quarter of an inch long, with wings and antennae in my food. Disgusting, we called the store back, and at first they insisted we bring all the food to them so they could inspect it all. After explaining we were all at work, they agreed to come inspect the food, they did issue a refund AND they took all the food back No apologies, no nothing. Just them saying they have never heard of a bug in someones food before. Never again will I order from here.

I have at times been inconvenienced by the promise of arrival time of food but the cost and taste override the customer svc.

Of all the Chinese places you can order from locally, this is certainly my favorite. It's the best General Tso's I've had in Binghamton, and all-in-all they're leagues beyond the place in the Giant/Weis/Whatever. Decent prices, delivery times, and some yummy food! If I'm not looking for some Chinese food but not a buffet, this is always the place I suggest. I'd order from them even more... if I didn't keep misplacing my menus... But that's my fault! (just found out they've got a website actually with a smaller menu - newpandachineserestaurant with the expected dot-com at the end)
