Great customer service, poor repair technicians….

Joe Hudson’s communication with the customer is top notch. However, the follow through with the quality of work is not. My 2018 BMW has been in their shop three times and still exhibits flaws that I wouldn’t expect a highly rated shop to let go. First off their ability to detail around the areas they have worked is completely lacking. I still have white flakes in seams, rubber seals and around my my BMW logo on the hood. Second they didn’t perform a proper sanding method on of the hood, leaving scratches under the top coat. They also didn’t blend the fresh paint and old paint seams on the door during painting. So now there is a two tone line inside my rear door jam. While I will say they are willing to take it back and try again.

I’m not confident in their ability to make it right. (I would not recommend them for high end) A one star is due to the overall service they offer and if they can’t bring a car back to like new after a wreck.. they probably shouldn’t take new cars at all.
