Walmart Supercenter

Was in the store in July. Came in to look for a fan for our motor home. Two employees in different areas told us there were no fans available, they were sold out. We were disappointed so we move on to the RV section of the automotive dept area. A man approached us and asked if we were finding everything ok. We told him we were looking for some motor home accessories. He showed us what we were looking for. Then asked some questions and sold us some more items. We were impressed. Then I asked him why the store was out of fans. He said no they are over in this area. I was floored he new about the fans and they were not even in his department. We purchased the fan we needed. Discovered on his name tag he was a manager in the automotive dept. His name was Bill Gravely (I think I spelled it right). We are from Ca. Was very impressed with his knowledge and being so friendly and helpful. Don't see that very often. Writing this because he is certainly an asset to your very large super store. I have a brand new company opening up and have been spending a lot of money at Walmart. I have many many businesses and have spent many thousands of dollars at Walmart. I just tried to buy 3 TV's for $1800 and was denied, TeleCheck the check verification company they use turned me down because I have spent too much money there lately. They admitted that I certainly had enough money in my account but had too much activity at Walmart lately. Well guess what? There will be no more thousands of dollars spent at any Walmart ever again and then they can sit and spin on the lack of activity and lack of money spent.

great service, friendly people, not crowded!

I've never had a problem with walmart. The store is usually over croweded and thats what I hate the most.

I chose to buy and have my tires put on at walmart due to the low prices. I ordered them online and they were supposed to call me when the tires had arrived at the store (within 4-7 days). They never called. I called after 7 days and they said the tires were not in yet. So I waited and waited. and waited. They never called. I called after 14 days and they said the tires had been there since the first time I called! So I took my car in to have them put on, following the associate's recommendation to come in the early afternoon. I went on a weekday in the early afternoon when the store did not appear to be busy. I also had them do an oil change, so they told me it would take about an hour. I waited 3.5 very long hours. The majority of the time with them telling me "just another 20 minutes." In addition, I paid for the "upgraded" version of the oil change in which they are supposed to vacuum the interior of your car. But did they vacuum it??? of course not. Needless to say I will never be having a car serviced at walmart ever again.
