Provided by SuperpagesMy wife purchased $2800 Babylock sewing machine from here and it came with a 1 year free cleaning/ service. When the 1 year came up she had the flu and then COVID-19 hit and we because of our children's preexisting conditions haven't ventured out. We called them to see about getting it serviced and they said that they would service it but not for free as previously agreed upon. They didn't care that COVID-19 kept my wife from wanting to come in. We will not purchase anything more from here and we will ensure we let everyone we interact with that is looking for a machine, parts, or service know that this is how this company does business. Heck I could have gotten better service from buying from a faceless online retailer.

Provided by DexKnowsIt only takes one bad employees attitude and experience to ensure that I will never come back again. His determination that my wife's machine was filthy (used thrice since new) and needed $68-$75 in maintenance. I spent about 10 minutes, $6.99 on a bottle of oil and canned air and made machine like new. I especially didn't appreciate his comments about my job and lack of ability. You maintain sewing machines, not curing cancer.
Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The repair tech can repair any machine he looks at!
If Sewing Center West can't repair your machine, it can't be repaired by anybody.
