Because of credit issue, I did get a car with them. They can guarantee a car loan because they put a device on the car that will shut that car down if you are late with a payment. If you make a payment, they send a code to the device to keep the car running. For 18 months I've paid, sometimes I'm ahead. And several times they were so incompetent they either sent the wrong code, the wrong date on the code (so the car turns off before the due date), or just didn't bother to send it. I got stranded three times -- missed work twice and got ticketed once. The credit manager was bored taking my complaint. They will do nothing to make it right, they simply don't care. They are getting their money and your satisfaction is not part of the equation.

What a joke. They wanted to charge 20 percent or higher for interest because of first time buyer. And said that that's what a bank would be asking also.Went to another dealership and got a loan from a bank for 11 percent. Never a gain.

I must say I am very impressed with the service Randash provides. They're easy to work with and go the extra 10 miles to make sure you're happy with the vehicle you get. I bought a vehicle from them, but the check engine light came on within 24 hours. They kept working on the issue to resolve it since it was just purchased, and 4 visits later, the issue was resolved - all at no charge to me! How many other used car dealers do that? No others I'm aware of! Highly recommended!

I am very disappointing with this business. If I had to sum it up in two words it would be predatory lending. If a 90% markup on used vehicle prices with a finance rate of over 20% apr sounds good to you, then this business is for you. They so give even car salesmen a bad name, never thought that was possible. Shame on you! Steer clear of this business!
