Outstanding! Dr. Grosso is caring, compassionate, professional and a very gifted surgeon. I have lived with the discomfort and pain of large breasts for 64 years. When my increasing discomfort began to outweigh my fears of having a breast reduction, I met with Dr. Grosso. I felt confident and committed to the surgery after meeting with him and am profoundly grateful for his skill, manner and kindness. I no longer have neck and back pain and feel like a new woman.

After receiving the gut wrenching news of a diagnosis of breast cancer, I was overwhelmed at all the doctor's appointments in the week. Dr. Grosso explained in full detail what to expect, and a new procedure that he would perform on me. I was relieved to hear of this procedure. I was scheduled for a double mastectomy and through the fear of everything else wondered how awful I would look afterwards. It seems vain to think of it that way when you are fighting against a disease, however, my breasts were a big part of my feminism. The results were outstanding, and I am so pleased that I actually have nipples as Dr. Grosso was able to save them with this new procedure. I hope that through the fear of the unknown, others can look to Dr. Grosso to help them get an end result that will give them a peaceful end result. It's hard to explain the ability to wake up and get dressed knowing that I am complete.

My Mother is 80 and has wanted/needed a breast reduction for many years. One thing or another always seemed to get in the way. Finally, it had become a matter of quality of life for her. She asked me to help her find someone to help her. After doing some research, I picked Dr. Grosso. He was very professional and his bedside manner was impeccable. April 30, 2018, Dr. Grosso performed the surgery. We think he is a miracle worker. Within 24 hours my Mother had better use of her right arm and could lift it above her head for the first time in years. Her neck, shoulders, and back were immediately better. My Mother will be able to live independently for much longer than she would have had he not performed this surgery. Also, I want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Cornelius her anesthesiologist. He alleviated all of her fears and she had no issues from the anesthesia. It has been a month since her surgery and she couldn’t be more pleased. She is in awe at how much better she feels.
