I put a healthy down payment to have work done on my basement at his request. Conklin and crew never did show up for job. Left messages on phones several times trying to get a hold of him. Called back one time late at night, he was to call next morning but never did. I tried again with no response. This has been almost four months ago. He was supposed to start job within three weeks. He still has the down payment.
