I highly recommend this company. Very caring people they where very profeshional. Excellent fast friendly service!

We took in a small ice machine over a month ago to be repaired! After not hearing ANYTHING from these people for over a month-decided to call them! They said,"yes, it's ready and we fixed a leak" on it! They had taken a "DEPOSIT" of $69.97 when I dropped it off, and wanted an additional $63.05 before I could pick it up!? I wanted to know "what was done to my machine", before I paid for it, and wanted to see what they had done! They wouldn't tell me! When we arrived at their OTHER shop to pick it up, there was a nice young man there who said that "all he had to do was ADJUST a small hose, and he fixed it the next day", and "it only took him a few minutes to fix"! After I loaded up, I received a call on my cell, so I took it outside their building and could hear the owner/manager Randy "chewing out and screaming at" that poor nice young man! If the young kid started his own business-I'd have him work on my appliances, but would NEVER again go to this "BUNCH OF CROOKS"!!

My washer was leaking on the spin cycle. The repair man came out and found a tear on my washer door seal. He fixed the torn door seal on my washer. Reasonable price. Will highly recommend this company.

These people are beyond uprofessional. They interrupt you, they hang up on you. They have amnesia. They do not communicate effectively, they do not follow through on their word. They adhere to the policy that the customer is always wrong. They mocked me when I mentioned how poor their reviews are on google, and that they were headed right for another bad review...they obviously don't care about their google reviews. That translates into them not caring at all about their customers. People be warned! This company has no urgency for the customer, and will tell you something one day and something completely opposite another day. If they would give the option for zero stars I would choose that. Get your appliances repaired properly, and In a timely fashion and choose another repair company. These guys are HORRIBLE!
