I met billy This summer at Bentleys saloon and found out he was a tattoo artist. I have only had my tattoos done by the same artist my whole life. I just went to see billy 2 weeks ago for a sugar skull and rose tattoo on my upper left arm. It was wonderful. Billy is a very genuine and professional man. I barely felt myself getting tattooed. The ink came out amazing and the shading was incredible. I was 110% satisfied. Billy is a suberb artist. And I'm going back for more ink!! I highly recommend him to everyone!!!

I got my first tattoo from Billy and he made the experience so calming and relaxing. He always made sure that I was comfortable and ok with the pain level and if I needed to take a little break. His work is outstanding and is honest about everything you ask of him. An amazing all around guy and artist. Highly recommend him.

Billy did my sons foot print tattoo and it came out amazing!!! It's very hard to find a place that does nice foot prints, billy on the other hand did amazing! And like he told me his tattoos are painless and that was the truth! Not only a great artist but a great man that stands by his work!! Thank you billy!!!!

Billy tattooed me numerous times and each time it has been very sterile, professional and exceptional detailed work like no other! Always helping out people who are having problems as well as donating lots of time and effort to help the homeless and people dealing with Heroin addiction.... He is an Angel!

Billy did a beautiful sisters butterfly tattoo for me and also an inspirational Believe runner/walker turtle for me. His work is very detailed and I get a lot of compliments on it. He takes the time to make sure the design is right on and will look good for years to come. He also does a lot to give back to the community.

I have a gorgeous tattoo on my back from Billy. It was a fantastic experience. He is wonderful to work with and he has a great eye for detail. He suggested beautiful colors and I have received so many compliments on his work.

I have had many tattoos done by a local toatto artist, as the initial tattoo was very fair and of ok quality it needed more detail. I enlisted Billy for the job and the "new verison" is of the map. Billy is incredible at touch up tattoos. Billy also did a tattoo for me with his own style caligraphy. Which I get numerous compliments. He is also a great guy and makes your tattoo session comfortable and great experience.

Billy tattooed me right after I servived cancer. To date it was my most important tattoo and is my favorite still. He not only gave me an amazing tattoo but took the time to hear my story and put that into every detail. His creative ideas and passion for this art are from his heart and I would recommend him to anyone including my 70 yr mother who is now sporting a billy ink slinger original thank u billy

I recently visited to the shop with my sister and I have to say that the experience far exceeded what I expected.... Billy was extremely courteous and helpful in designing our sister tattoos his experience and knowledge is unbelievable....I have had a few encounters with tattoo shops and let's just say that this is the only shop I'll be going to from now on!!

I found Billy online when I decided it was time for a new tattoo. Within seconds of seeing his work I decided he was the person for me. I have other tattoos. 9 to be exact. I'm also an artist. So I dr up what I wanted to get. Billy didn't take my art lightly as many other tattoo artists have done. I gave Billy the opportunity to change it if he wished. But he stayed true. Even more important. My skin didn't accept the ink very well at all. But instead of packing it in like a mad man Billy took his time and re outlined perfectly to get that like work. He didn't over work my skin or tear it. Even tho he had to redo the lines twice you can't tell. He's very precise. He got the ink to work. Ontop of that, I had so much fun. His daughter and friends made me feel like they new me forever. I would recommend him to anyone wanting great tattoos!

I first met bill in 1st grade Wildwood Elementary. Last year I had a Heart Transplant, A friend of ours Kelly told me Billy asked if I would like to get a tattoo, no charge. He herd I was coming home for the first time in years. Billy took time from his vacation to do an awesome tattoo of a heart to symbolize my survival. As I said on his FB "Billy Gives hope to people thru his amazing and talent and generosity". Billy pays it forward we should all take a page from his book. Weather you believe in God or Karma "you reap what you sow".. What go's around comes around" Billy deserves his success. I got two amazing hearts; my donor heart and Billys tattoo.

I first met billy at my.house un peabody my daughter_in_law lives upstaires from me and she wanted to have a tattoo house party so one of her friends recommend Billy and that was the beginning of a never ending friendship not to mention the amazing job he did on all oue tattoos and the fact that he started at 11am and didn't leave untill 2:30 am the next morning that is how many very happy people were here that day.and left very happy also my tattoo is awesome and I get compliments all the time.Billy is the best tattoo artist and friend I know.

Billy is the Best. Very personal and full of inspiration. Shop is immaculate, and the atmosphere is great... Fells like Home. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Inkslingers is a very professional and respectful environment. I picked a complicated font for my son's name on my wrist and it is exquisite! It is perfect in every way, and virtually painless! Billy is a very kind and friendly man that always makes sure your comfortable and happy with your tattoo! He is full of ideas and creativity. Don't bother looking at other shops, you'll never find anyone better! If its your first or a repair Billy Inkslinger is the best!

Billy Inkslinger is the best! I got my first tattoo today and I am so thrilled with how it came out. It looks better than I imagined it would! The shop is so clean and cheerful looking, unlike other places I've seen. I got the tattoo on my rib cage and it barely even hurt. Billy made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. If you're getting a tattoo or even a touch up, or cover up, Inkslingers is the place to go!

I waited a very long time and researched and listened to others claiming to know "the best place to go" before I decided to get inked and let me just say, the entire experience with Billy was amazing! His shop is gleaming and very welcoming. He is a true artist and clearly loves and respects what he does. He took a drawing I brought with me and turned it into more than I ever could have hoped for. He is professional, gentle and precise. It's been one week and in terms of going through a healing process...I would say it was virtually nothing - no scabbing, barely any peeling and def no discomfort! It just looks perfect - I can't stop looking at it :) Aside from his amazing talent, Billy has a wonderful personality and a great outlook on life. He's a "Pay it Forward" type of person and gives of himself to others and his community. Billy is amazing clean and very nice person and he is very particular about his work he will make sure it gets done to what will look good he is honest and will be up front if he doesn't think something will look good which is awesome love love love will recommend him to anyone very clean environment as well
