        Was in Big Spring today called to asked how to get to the Express Diesel Service shop from TA and was given directions, but truck's right front wheel was shaking so bad I had to cut off and go down a side street so I wouldn't get ran over. So I ended up a couple of blocks down Owen and didn't see the shop so I called back and the guy who answered told me that if I had followed his directions I would have found the shop. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!! First thing is if this was an employee he doesn't deserve his job, and if it was the owner he doesn't deserve the business that pays his bills. Totally uncalled for and Thank God I found someone who could help.
