This lady is a liar and a cheat. You better discuss the cleaning rates specifically with her. $25 dollars an hour will become $75 per hour without your consent or approval. She says three cleaners were at the house when there weren't. They do not arrive on time. She will tell you two hour estimate and then bill you for 6.5 hours.



She tried to get me to tell my guests to let her people in when they came an hour early and then tried to blame it on me. My house is a vacation rental and she will attempt to cheat on the amount of time they are there. However, my house is automated and it tells me when the house is locked and unlocked. She even called a worker who reported 4.5 hours and admitted that he was only there for 1.5. Her response was "what do you want me to do. I'm only reporting what they tell me". Well, you are the owner and I expect honesty and integrity especially when I am not local to verify the false information.



I attempted to resolve the dispute with her but she will talk over you, blame you, and threaten you! If you look closely at the reviews-I'm not alone. She even went as far to say that my wife yelled at a kid. Never happened.



They will remove things from your house without consent or approval and then bill you for it. She will bill you for 6.5 hours and take your nice linen and out and put her cheap linen on the beds and then not return your linen. Not sure why I am billed for laundry when you apparently spent 6.5 hours at my house. And where is my linen? I personally changed all the beds and she was sure that her cleaners did.



If you want honesty and integrity, this is not your place. If you have a vacation rental, you will have hidden charges and no one ever told you about. I can't stress this enough. Liar liar sheets on fire! Run! Run run away
