        Overall

        I can not say enough positive things about the service at Fox HVAC. They took the time to explain all my options when I had to get a new HVAC system in my home, and the technicians were timely and pleasant to be around. Would recommend to anyone!

        Left out in the hot

        Purchased an ac system though this company it came with 5 year warranty after 4 years my system would'nt work I called them they came out tried to charge me 3000 for a new system and refused to honor their warranty i would not recommend this company.

        There has never a customer i left with out a/c, i would like to know who this customers is so i may respond. If they bought a Rheem unit with Protection Plus warranty the company (Proection Plus) went bankrupted and Rheem did not back their warranty.
