I have been experienced many different levels of high-end salons in my life. Of course always after i read the reviews from various sources. i have believed whatever standard they offer was ''normal". i knew something was balancing off every aspects but I couldn't pinpoint out. Also i was too busy to switch or dig into it for a long time.

I couldn't have a proper hair cut due to long and persistent pandemic. i Kept searching. I didn't really want to go back to the past salons i went. I kept searching/reading reviews from various sources. I read reviews about
MS. ROXANNE. The contents of the quality reviews are not only outstanding but also unusual. I called the salon 10+ times to check her availability. I still feel sorry for the lady who answered to all my questions professionally without loosing her pace.

NOW real story begins. She welcomed me on time with 'veteran face". I showed her my iPad-pictures. I am a obsessed perfectionist. I had no single doubt when i see her demeanor- thIs game already over! SHE WON ALREADY!

First she analyzed my hair quality? Sorry Roxanne I don't know the technical term. She used 10000+ times of scissoring & checked 10+ times. It was more than perfection. - ECSTASY ITSELF. Then she brought steamed towel & gel. We started @1:00pm she finished @ 1:53pm.
