I can't make this up. I was scheduled Jan 12 2015 Monday morning for the actual Colonoscopy procedure and I was called by his assistant Rita that the nurse wasn't able to make it and there was no backup. They cancelled the procedure along with 7 other patients. If you have prepared for this test then you are fully aware of how bad that call is. If you have not prepared for this exam, believe me it’s not a test that you want to practice for. I even asked for my $20 co-pay back and they didn't even have the decency to return my money. Debra the office manager said she would get me a new MOVI prep for free from the manufacture rep.....whoopty do.....stay away from these people. Now I have to go elsewhere and retake this whole stinking test.
