        Very nasty person answered my call. I was looking for a particular size o-ring and all I needed to know was whether they carry larger o-rings. The person that answered said " you can't call people up and ask if they have 2" o-rings". He did say he needs a part number from where it came from so they can give the right one which understand but to be rude on the phone is not good for a business. I'm shocked that he would tell someone don't call and ask for o-rings. I've been driving from place to place looking for it and decided to call a few companies first. Unbelievable.
