WE were able to come to a final agreement right away and we were very pleased.

I traveled about 2 hours to test drive and purchase a certified pre-owned G37x. Prior to doing that, Vince and I worked out numbers on the phone which I felt were fair overall. Upon arrival, Ahmad was ready to go on the test drive. While we were out, the techs brought my trade-in around to be appraised. When I came back, Vince handed me a piece of paper with every single number, to the cent, that was discussed on the phone. The complexity came in when we discovered some scratches and a gouge on the bumper. I agreed to purchase with a written agreement in place to come back to the dealership so that the bumper skin could be repaired at no cost to me. This work was completed a few weeks later and it was done perfectly! I cannot tell where the imperfections were, and Aaron over in Service was extremely accommodating with a loaner and a generous timeline since I had to travel. Overall I am very happy with the car, I've bought many vehicles in my life and I've never had a sale go this quickly and smoothly with a dealership. In particular, I really appreciated that we agreed to all numbers verbally on the phone that, in the end, were all honored (my trade-in was sight-unseen at this time). There were no surprises.

I purchased a used 3 Series BMW from this dealership. The sales person, Ahmad Hanif, was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. He worked with his manager to give me a very fair deal on my trade-in as well. Ahmad is the kind of salesperson I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. He was professional through and through. Just a great guy as well. The financing person, Jaas Dzinic, was also excellent to deal with - he was quick to arrange the financing, and did a great job processing the paperwork.

Easily the best car buying experience ever! George Sanchez was kind, patient and very helpful, and everyone there was very nice and not at all "sale-sy." I highly recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti to go there!

I just bought a new 2014 Infiniti Q60 coupe from Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda MD in July 2014 and it was a pleasant experience. My family bought a new Toyota Rav4 and Honda CR-V from local dealerships on the same month. But by far, this is the best customer experience, which it should be this way. Mark Dona was my saleman and he was very knowledgable about his the car. He stayed past his working hr to finish up the sale. Bob Shrader was the sale/general manage I deal with, and the negotiation was not intensed or pressured. It was pleasant and respectful than i was experienced. Jass Dzinic was the financing consultant and he was very helpful. Since he has owned or currently owns a Infiniti car, he would point out what service i should get for my Q60 to get the best value and protection. No pressure on selling services or extended warranty. I was be able to drive my Q60 out within 2 hrs of arriving at Jim Coleman, which was epic. Overall, i like this dealership and the honest way they operate. I would recommend anyone who looks for a new/used Infiniti to come to this dealership!!!

After visiting many other dealerships in the area, I found Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda to be an excellent place to buy a car. Ahmad was extremely informative of the model I had chosen and was open about the car, history etc. The purchase of the vehicle was a very smooth transaction, I couldn't have been happier! Also, there was a hurdle in the delivery of the vehicle as I am about an hour from the dealership. Ahmad and another co-worker volunteered to follow me home with the purchased vehicle and an additional car so I wouldn't have to drive back to Bethesda!
