If you have another option for internet, you need to use it! The main man in charge is really nice, however, his employees are not always as pleasant to deal with! We had very poor service from them, and the last phone call made (2 weeks ago) regarding our internet not working was never returned! We finally decided it was time to switch...We was tired of the 30 excuses for why it wouldn't work!
