        These people are great with Customers and the service is outstanding, however there is one customer rep that is not good with the customer and I will always try to avoid him taking care of me and sometimes I'll go out of my way and just go to another store 10 extra miles away, this is not good.

        customer service or should I say what customer service

        I just witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen in a retail store, I went into the store to purchase a motorcycle battery had to beg for help when the guy behind the counter look up my part number and instead of getting my part he got on the phone and engage in a conversation till I finally got tired of walked out. let me give you a tip Mr oreilly worker finish your transaction with a customer right in front of you next time. it won't be me because I'll never return to that store
