Veterinarian On The Run

Dr Klages has treated our dogs for years. She was wonderful! We are going to miss her greatly!! 😢😩.

I am new to the area. My one dog was sick and took her to another Vet. Sadly, she was traumatized and after a $700.00 bill and a misdiagnosis, I went to" Veterinarian on the Run".

I have a proper diagnosis now and my dog does not have the disease that was diagnosed. I am having to spend $200.00 on medication my dog did not need. It was a simple tooth that was the problem. It was very obvious the next day.

My dog was with us in the "drive up vehicle" and everything was explained to me and blood tests were done that my dog was free of that disease and it was a tooth that was bad.

I cannot say enough about the knowledge and education I received. They did the surgery in the "Vehicle" and my dog was not stressed as they took time to get to know her.

I cannot stress this company enough,. The bill was less (with lab work) than the other Vet and they didn't rush to get it done.

I would say you need to try it yourself. The experience was less traumatic for both me and my dog. .

I will not use another Vet after this.

I had an elderly cat that declined rather suddenly, so badly I was afraid to take her in a car ride fearing this might instantly kill her. So I contacted Vet on the Run for a home visit.

Unfortunately, it was her time, and Vet on the Run helped me with the transition. They explained everything in such a caring yet informative way. I was never treated as an afterthought but as part of the relationship that I had with my cat, my companion of almost eighteen years.

They also are handling the pet cremation for me at a very reasonable rate.

I called them to come see my older lab. At first they were very helpful. After 3 months of appointments an as many as 10 visits, we called to cancel an appointment. The dog was doing great, and after spending almost 2000.00 with this vet I cancelled the appointment. I called today to reschedule an appointment and get a recheck and to have medications refilled. This is the response received.

I have included his records as an attachment to aid your new veterinarian in familiarizing himself or herself with his case.
