        I won't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Roberts and all the staff at BSAH are the best. He takes his time to explain things and is very knowledgeable. I always leave there feeling very informed about my dogs' care.

        Overall

        Dr Roberts is the best vet I've ever been to. He will sit with you and talk his way through what he is thinking will be best for your pet. Very easy to understand, very thorough, and accommodating. And his rates are EXTREMELY reasonable!! Would have a hard time going anywhere else.

        I have gotton excellent service from this vet! He treated my pet w/ great care. He is VERY sanitary and polite. I won't take my pets anywhere else again
