The Owner and President, John Winter, and his father, purchased Helmuth Moving from Don and Ethel Helmuth of Bentonville, Arkansas in 1979. Winter Moving & Storage and Atlas Van Lines have been in partnership for the last 30 years to provide excellence, quality, and professionalism in the moving industry both in the Northwest Arkansas area and across the country.Winter Moving & Storage is an eight-time winner (2004-2011) of Atlas’ most prestigious honor, the Milton M. Hill Quality Award. Recipients of the Milton M. Hill Quality Award must meet or exceed Atlas standards in all quality criteria, from customer satisfaction ratings and weight estimating accuracy to claims ratios, safety points and warehouse ratings. To even be considered for this award, an agent must first receive the Hauling Excellence Award (nine-time winner in 2001, 2004-2011).
