Coffelt Memorials

Charles Stewart from Coffelt Memorials is a thief. Do not use this company. We bought a stone, they never delivered, would not refund our money. Small Claims court in Benton County was no help either. The Stewarts must know someone at the court house.

Coffelt Memorials really did an excellent job and set our memorial marker. Charles did exactly what he said he would do. He and Joe were both very personable on the phone & finished our stone and set it out ahead of schedule. The stone looks really great, the timeline was tight and that didn't seem to ruffle them, and the price was really really good. I recommend them to my family and friends.

My Mom paid $1700 on 6-22-16, check cleared 6-23-16. We have no headstone for my Dad. So many lies from Charles. Mom requested money back Oct 27. Message from Charles said business was bad and it would take 3 days to refund. No word from him and he is never there to speak to. Use another company please. Loss is sad enough without this scam. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Nearly 4 months after the date we were promised my father's stone would be done and set, it is not only unfinished but we've gotten nothing but lies and a runaround from the business itself. Horrific customer service and extremely unethical business practices. Please don't make our mistake and STAY AWAY! Even if you have to pay more to go somewhere else, it will be worth it for your own sanity and to not support a lying, unethical business that takes advantage of grieving customers.

Theif that is all that needs to be said!!! Truly an awful business!!! Can't believe a business like this can still operate!!!
