The lady in the front office is extremely rude. I also was advised I needed windows replaced that in fact didn't need to be replaced at all. They basically wanted to replace the entire property when in fact only 2 windows needed to be replaced, a difference of thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor research your exact needs and other providers, or overpay for unneeded products. I suppose they thought I was some unknowing "Stupid woman" they could rip off. My father worked in glass in MS for 40 years and I was well aware of what I needed and what I didn't. Buyer beware.

Twice I walked into this place and felt like they didn't care to have any customers. No greetings or smiling. It felt like they were forced to help. I ordered a piece of glass for a coffee table the 1st time and it came out fine with reasonable price. So I returned the 2nd time despite the unwelcome atmosphere. During 2nd visit I didn't make the order because it was quite expensive. The lady in the front seemed very short as well. Please hire some people with more cheerful personality. Who wants to do business with a grouch? Perhaps it was bad luck that I came in at the time when those people had a bad day, twice, since most reviewers seem to say that they were friendly and courteous. That was nowhere close to my experience.

I called them to ask about some pricing and was able to schedule an appointment that day!

They broke my windshield while repairing a chip (unheard of) and guess what they made me sign before that they will not be liable (My bad I agree). But I later found they do that with almost one in 5 repairs. Also what followed was worse. They put full rate for replacement (including labor and service) for something they spoilt. So if you go to them they have a way of making 5 times the money. What cheats !!!

these folks are awsome. very nice people and they all do a fantastic job.we recently had the windows tinted on our car and it looks great!! i have used bentonville glass for many years with the same result just super people and a super service! thanks bentonville glass we will recomend your company to all.
