I agree with last review. This is a babysitting center, and if you have a concern/complaint about the tactics used to correct your child, it falls on deaf ears. My school aged child was talked to in a condescending tone by several of the many providers in their revolving door of providers. The Director is NEVER wrong! She was NOT interested in hearing any concerns about how my child may have been treated unfairly by one of her staff. She is more interested in making money off of you for anything she can! Don't waste your time or money!

This is NOT a Preschool – it’s a babysitting center. No writing or learning but a lot of TV/Movie watching. The Director’s 5 year old daughter rules the Pre-K class room. This child clearly has been raised to be entitled, rude, self-centered and a bully. She has been taught to have COMPLETE disregard for the teachers and runs to her mother, the director, crying all the time. To which, the Director comes out of her office yelling for the Lead teacher and demands to know what’s going on. The Lead Pre-K teacher is wonderful and I feel sorry for the things she has to put up with. I have NEVER seen the director in the center before 10am and she feels the need to give you all sorts of excuses why that is, even when u don't ask. All of her excuses center around her church activities and house cleaning. Due to the Director clear lack of leadership, professional and parenting abilities, I would suggest you only use this center if you need a babysitter, while taking classes at the college. With this said, the partners of this center, Great Lakes College, Girl and Cub Scouts, should take action to resolve this leadership issue at this center.
