Retail Construction Management

We were a subcontractor for this company and painted a business for them. The total amount of the work was $13,743.00. They were paid by the owner but did not pay us. There is no answer when you call and no voice mail for either office phone or fax machine. The project manager and supervisor also do not return calls.
