        If I could give this store a z...

        If I could give this store a zero star rating I would!!! For congeniality towards customers they rate in the 0-MINUS department. There is a very nasty, female manager,I don't want to use her name but she is so nasty and talks down to the customers. I think she forgets who pays her salary!! I WILL NOT BE GOING to any PETCO, nor using any of their products because of this ONE nasty managers' attitude! What ever happen to the golden rule which says the customer is always right.? If not at least treat with respect! Because of this lack of respect and unwillingness to hear a customer out, stores like Petco complain they are losing business. If the industry as a whole would concentrate on customer service, sales might go up!
