Custom Cleaners

I took my wedding dress here to be preserved and when I checked the box, it was someone elses dress. I took it back and requested my wedding dress. They had NO idea where it was or whom may have it. They also did NOTHING to help me get it back. They did not contact any customers and did not even offer me my money back. They lost one of the most sentimental things to me and I paid them to do it!
