        Overall

        Was able to perform the repairs on the same day I called in for service. Very grateful. Ed was was a great guy to do the work, nice person. The effort to pull a Moen shower cartridge out was quite difficult, but he hung in there and did great work.

        I would ask for Ed again since he has years of experience and was a good person to work with.

        Worst customer service I have ever had!! First I had to call Kevan twice to cone and do a quote because he forgot, then when the job was supposed to get done, 2 weeks went by with no call. Was told the job would be done no problem by the time I needed it. I took a week off and got no work done on my bathroom. I will be telling everyone I know to never go to this place. Absolutely unreal!
