I am 74 years old and remember what the so called old days where like and never thought I experience those days again until yesterday. I called the store before business hours and left a message for the manager Greg Yonish asking if he would match his competitors price and he responded in minutes saying yes. That morning I purchased the machine and hauled it home but was physically unable to operate it do to failed back surgery. I immediately called the manager expecting to be told tough luck but was told to haul it back and we could work something out. When face to face with Greg and with my head hanging low I asked to be forgive for my total fault in the matter and explained I expected to be charged for the trouble I was causing.To my total amazement I was repeatedly told no problem and Greg himself unloaded the machine off my trailer and reloaded the unit I ended up with. Now that's the way it used to be because word of mouth is the best advertising .
