Management at this company has no respect for customer satisfaction or referrals; he is rude and unprofessional. Under no circumstances should you agree to pay an unspecified "service fee" or non-service fee. Regardless of who is at fault, you will be forced to pay a $500 fee or more, if the installers cannot do the installation. After a 4-month waiting period for our building, one would think someone from National Carports would have inspected the building site, before sending out installers and supplies.

A service fee was not mentioned at the time of the contract, only at the time of delivery and, at that point, they have your deposit!

Fantastic business. They're super friendly and I really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend!

This company does not respond well to complaints about poor workman ship/leaking they try to fix it in the most inexpensive way (we have been trying for almost a year to have ours fixed to no avail). The owner will not call back the consumer. BUYER BEWARE!!!





They could have fixed this when the origianl complaint was stated. They have since them tried to use caulking to fix the leak but the leak is still happening. The top of the unti should have been removed and replaced with the new materials.
