BB & T

Ok so I go to this branch to cash a check there today & had to sign over to my grandfather because he has an account & can get it cashed for free. So he cashes the check, retrieves the envelope containing the $50 & his debit card then hands to me. We go on our way then get a call from the bank approximately 30 mins later stating the teller "gave me too much money." So we go back to the bank, go inside & the teller, Mandy, is basically calling me a liar arguing with me after I repeatedly expressed that all she gave me was $50!! Never once disrespected her then she states to my grandfather, "well if she can lay her head down on her pillow at night and sleep then keep it!" I then got frustrated and told her I sleep very well. She continued to argue back and forth & made my 75 year old grandpa uncomfortable, talking to him, not me at this point trying to convince him that I, his granddaughter was not telling the truth. Then a woman by the name Leslie comes around, asks me "was there more money in the envelope?" For the 100th time I said "NO!" She said "Don't worry about it you are free to leave." I was free to not even bring myself back first of all. I'm disgusted with the way they treated me but more so my grandfather who then after taking me home, took the bank $30 because he felt bad because the bank employee made him feel like he wouldn't "sleep well at night." Never ever will I go there. If you can't count money or don't pay attention you shouldn't work in a bank and when working with the public you should never disrespect the customer or make them feel bad because your drawer is short. Filthy scums at this branch. No longer banking with BB&T and proud to say it!
