        Busy??

        Called AAA at a friends, Parts Plus came out changed the tire, the driver recommend I call the shop to have it plugged, too busy, yet they just changed thethe flat, Bad business!!

        Bellingham Parts Plus forces AAA members to go to their shop, where they overcharge for repairs. They refused to take me to my preferred mechanic. They also charge for repairs they do not complete, and when problems re-occur they re-charge people for them. These guys are scum.

        Parts Plus Poor Choice

        a few weeks ago my car broke down on 495 and AAA dispatched this company to come tow my car, the driver suggested I tow it back to there garage and let there mechanics take a look. There truck smelled awful it was dirty as hell, then the garage waiting area was nice other than the foul language being screamed in the garage by the mechanics and then the dispatcher yelling at his drivers, then I don't know if its the owner or dispatcher gives me a huge bill even though they could not figure out what was wrong they "fixed" it i got about 5 miles down the road and it happend again to make a long story short i would not recommend this place to anyone
