Lake Hills Eye Clinic

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Song for our eye exams for some years now. We first met him when he was working a few days a month as the optometrist at an eyeglass place and followed him to his practice. He is very professional, yet has a warm and approachable manner, and his knowledge of all things eye-related, including glasses and lenses, is encyclopedic. My husband is far-sighted with the usual mid-life eye changes. I was born with poor vision (very near-sighted) and have some other medical conditions that complicate my eyes and eyesight. He handles both situations perfectly; we've been very happy with his exams, prescriptions (and the resulting glasses), and recommendations. I very highly recommend him.

He did my check up in 5 minutes. Told me its cylindrical, when I asked him what is the difference between a normal power and this. He said its a long explanation and did not bother to say anything else. Later, I showed interest in knowing a vague price of contact lenses. He completely refused to tell me anything saying I cannot say until we do your checkup. The reason I am so mad is because I assumed cylindrical is the type of power. But google shows there are 4 types of cylindrical powers and his report doesn't say which type. So, what kind of service is this where you cannot answer your patient. I am very very disappointed and I wish I would have gone to some other clinic.

Dr. Jeong-Hun is super friendly and worked hard to make sure my insurance benefits stretched as far as they could to save me money. Highly recommended

Don't ever get glasses from this clinic. A $170 frame from them broken from the middle in 6 month, and there is no any warranty for it.
