Sleep Disorders
To be able to treat your sleep disorders most accurately, our sleep doctors begin with thorough sleep studies and sleep tests. These include the night time sleep study and daytime nap study, as well as sleep tests for particular conditions including sleep apnea testing. Once your sleep doctor has conducted a sleep test this information is processed and analyzed. If you are determined to have a sleep disorder, your team of sleep experts will work together to create a treatment plan customized for you.

Dr. Moghis is happily accepting new patients at her Bellevue Family Medicine Practice, which has been delivering premium healthcare for several decades. She was educated at the Army Medical College in Pakistan, and completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Indiana University School of Medicine. Immunizations

If you have any questions about the vaccine or the forms please give our office a call at (425) 454-8191 or show up to your scheduled appointment approximately 15 minutes prior to the time you have scheduled and we will be sure to answer any questions you may have. If you are willing to provide (this is not required) please bring your ID and insurance card (if insured). If you are not insured, do not have valid ID or do not have your proof of identity you are still eligible to get the COVID vaccine at no cost to you. Internal Medicine
Dr. Mannem has extensive experience in a variety of healthcare settings with many different patient age ranges, from 18 to geriatric, and has been delivering premium healthcare in the Seattle area for the past 12 years. She was educated at Sri Venkateswara Medical College in India, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency training at East Tennessee State University. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and a member of both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Medical Association.

He works daily to end the stigma attached to mental health and Substance Use Disorders, from modifying stigmatizing language to changing the way providers interact with their patients. Mr. Godfrey’s approach to bridging the gap of Chronic Pain and Substance Use Disorder diagnoses involves using a patient centered/patient controlled plan to incorporate his own creation of a 14 point Pain/SUD protocol that focuses on “Functional Pain Treatment”, rather than “Pain Management”.
