Card Kingdom

I have yet to go there and don't know if I ever will with the experience they just gave me. Me and a couple of friends weeks ahead of time reserved the apothecary room for 3 hours and already felt it was outlandishly pricey but were willing to pay to have a private room. Then less than a day before our reserved date I receive a call telling me I have to pay for another hour and the price of the room just doubled from what I had been told.



The manager had the nerve to say he was doing me a favor of not making me stay the extra hour instead of just honoring my reservation. Also mentioned if we wanted to we could still come in but we may have a hard time getting a seat in the restaurant since they have a tournament going on and that people wanted our room.



Will be posting this review to other review sites to ensure people know of this unprofessional behavior.
