have come to the conclusion that this trucking company does not do anything concerning the behavior of it's employee's. due to the fact that there has been many complaints made over the phone on how rude and enconsiderate your drivers are on the road and at the depots that deliver and pick up from. there is this one driver in particular that has a problem with docking his rig and going to sleep until the company he is delivering to gets in the office usually four to five hours later. during this time he has to be awaken to be asked to move so that the companies around him can still conduct thier business. if you are wondering what rig I and speaking of it is rig 219 that delivers to shreveport twice a week over on interstate drive. he is making runs for GM and has been asked not to dock there over night by the GM sub he delivers to plus by the companies to the side of them. it is a parking lot not even 20 feet from these businesses that he could park in to get some sleep he just refuses to cooperate with anyone concerning this matter. he is very rude when he is asked to move and gets quite offensive to those who have asked him to move his vehicle so that they dock and get unloaded and on their way. this problem has almost got so heated that there was a very strong possibility of an altercation taking place between another driver and himself. also with employees of neighboring companies when they have asked him during the early morning hours if he could move to allow their trucks to be able to dock to get unloaded. could something be done concerning this or does other measures have to be taken.
