In a pretty straightforward estate planning/wills setup, I told Nancy numerous times that the person in question was NOT on SSI, but SSDI (there's a huge difference) and did NOT have schizophrenia, but PTSD. But in each revision, she failed to change those things. She also set up everything in a way that a greedy relative was able to come in, steal all the money and property, then whisk away one of the parties in question so that mentally ill daughter and mother with dementia were ripped apart and never saw one another again.



In addition, Nancy's assistant/paralegal Mauve (Mavis?) took a call from this thief, who claimed the person with PTSD had fled the country. Mauve did nothing to check this story and the law firm simply accepted this as fact. THEIR OWN CLIENT, who was actually at home in bed with pneumonia, yet would have answered the phone.
