I was ordering work uniform shirts from them. (5 different times) Every time I would place an order, they would never call me to inform me that my company shirts are done and ready for pick up, when they said they WOULD call when they are done. But every single time I had to call and they always said "yes they are ready". Yet, they never called me to tell me. I waiting weeks to get a call and I still don't know how soon they had them made and ready. So when I made my last order, again, I called after waiting almost 2 weeks of hearing about if my shirts are done or not and they guys says "Oh we had a question about what colors you wanted". I said "I've order many shirt through you guys, you didn't write down the color names?". The guys said "no". So i had to guess on the exact colors they used before. So I had to wait another WEEK. Still didn't receive a call and when I called them the guys said "the shirts are done. I had them done when we spoke last week". I said "you said you would call when they are done and never called, but they've been done since we spoke about the colors last week?". He said "yeah". No apology given at all from him. I said "do you guys just not call at all? How are customers supposed to know when they are done?" The man said "seriously?". I said "YES, seriously. you say you will cal, but never do and then i'm left waiting weeks after weeks!". They man then said "just go somewhere else.". Seriously, that is what he said to me. Instead of admitting fault and apologizing for THEIR mistake, he then just decided to turn away business but telling me to "go somewhere else". What an ignorant, unprofessional, poor management skills this man has. I will NEVER go back to this place EVER!

This is a fun quirky store with very friendly and very accommodating staff. We needed a tshirt printed and they did it for us that same day and did it with a smile!!
