Ruck's Meat Processing Center

This little shop puts out HUGE smokey flavor in all of their smoked products!!! We usually buy a half hog about every 6 months. We like smoked meat and they have the BEST smokey flavor we've ever had! They also offer a wide variety of other meats, such as, chicken, turkey and beef. The chickens are natural. Plus some side dishes like potato salad, etc. They have wonderful, wonderful jerky. Excellent staff to assist you! It's a wonderful place to visit! I highly suggest going out of your way to get to this little shop in the small town of Belle Plaine, MN!
