Excellent customer service! It starts with the initial phone conversation leading the scheduling of your consultation, and finally to the day you are rolled out from your procedure; and follow-up calls and emails. I was pleased with the ease of the consultation, and LOVED the doctor that did my Lipo. I wasn't looking to do the whole arm lift cutting, and I totally understood my results would not be as efficient without the "cut"; however I was firm with choosing Lipo and following it up with Venus treatments. The entire staff is pleasant and I WOULD totally recommend Sonobello (which I have already to three friends/family).

The staff is exceptional in their professionalism and make you feel totally comfortable. They are helpful in explaining what to expect and put me at ease. The doctors are awesome and work to make the procedure as comfortable as possible while doing a thorough job. I was very nervous about the initial meeting because I felt so ashamed of my body and having someone see what I've done to myself. The staff made me feel very comfortable and hopeful. Dr.Atun made me feel comfortable and assured me he could help me. I noticed a change immediately after the procedure. It was very comforting to know he really cared when he called me the very next day to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. One week post op you could visually see the difference and I can't wait for all the swelling to go away! I only wish I could have done this a lot sooner.

Go for it the best thing I've done was transforming my body and being happy with myself again Sono Bello body contour is most definitely the place to go minimum down time after 5 days off work I was able to return to my full duty as a certified nursing assistant.

Colleen is a great consultant listening to my concerns, and Dr Stapenhorst is very gentle with the procedure and explaining what is entailed. I love the results, I recommend anyone that is not happy with the way they look they should go to Sono Bello. I have had 2 separate visits: first for upper / lower abs and waist. I was so impressed I came back for the hips and inner/outer thighs.

I am very happy with my experience at Sono Bello-Houston. The staff members are personable and provide excellent service. They always greet me with a smile, they listen to my concerns, and genuinely care. I scheduled a Smart Lipo appointment and the day before the procedure I started to have second thoughts and the anxiety flooded my mind. Upon meeting Dr. Okpaku, he immediately calmed my nerves with his charming personally, he answered all my questions, and I felt safe. After the procedure he personally called several times to check up on me and answered my post op questions.

I had a great experience with all the staff at Sono Bello from the person at the front desk to my surgeon Dr. Atun. Everyone is so nice and caring. Dr. Atun called to check on me the evening of my procedure which I thought was very thoughtful. Its been one week since my procedure and I am already seeing amazing results.
