Upgraded my iPhones there under the presumption that they are a Verizon store. BIG MISTAKE! The largest logo on the store and the one at the top reads "Verizon" but they're actually a Cellular One" store. HUGE difference. They screwed up my wife's contacts, charged $20 to "fix" it. Next day ALL her contacts were GONE!. We went to the *real* Verizon store in Bozeman and took a number for service. Before our number was even called, the attendant who issues the numbers thought of something and helped us to solve the problem before our number was even called. Meanwhile the terrible Cellular One store didn't refund our money for the screw up THEY caused, they issued us an "in-store credit (to go along with another one for a separate screw up). I wanted to buy a case for my wife's phone and ONLY went back to this store because we had the credits. Then they refused to honor more than one credit at a time. HORRIBLE customer service and I will do anything I can to keep anyone else from having to deal with them. They don't even deserve the one star given here.

This store is great and I love going to it. Rarely a wait unless you go during lunch or right after work. I heard a staff member once say that their team has been with Verizon for a total combined time of 20 plus years and they only have like 5 people working there. Love it!

This business takes advantage of people. They sell inferior equipment at inflated prices. Their manager, Matt, has no ability as regards customer service nor any interest in keeping customers happy. Rating should be -1 star.
