Dr. Mack is a very kind & caring vet. She is very skilled at doing acupuncture & was able to help one of my dogs who has had severe pain in his hips/back for many years so that he never had to have surgery.

The times we had to euthanize one of our dogs she came to our home & made the process a little bit easier...if it can ever be easy.

If you have an issue that you are not happy about something, she is open to talking about your issues or concerns. Dr Mack listens to what you have to say. She will think it through & I have been very pleased with her willingness to reevaluate things she can do to make her practice even better with regard to the services she provides & how she deals with clients. I've been particularly impressed about this aspect of our "relationship". She is open to change & learning the importance of building a strong bond with her clients.

We tried other vets in the area but I was not happy with their services or the way they deal with clients.

I highly recommend Dr. Mack.

Dr Mack is the best vet I trust her and her staff implicitly will all my pets. She is the best diagnostician I have found. She cares about the animals and the humans who love them.
